Hi Allen, Thanks for the helpful post. The DIM acronym helpfully distills the participle and imperative, as-you-go-make-disciples. Certainly, we are called to make disciples not converts. Unbelievers can be disciples (Judas), so the framework you set forth is helpful.

I too am church planting in Texas, Austin- Austin City Life. Perhaps we will connect one of these days...
